Sporting Tower

One of the projects I worked on during my internship at Bertz Associates was the short film ‘Sporting Tower’. The film depicted the varying sports activities that took place in the Tower Ballroom in Birmingham. This was a poetic film that touched on remembering the past whilst also looking to the future, imagining how young people could reclaim the space.

This film was commissioned by the Birmingham festival 2022 and was screened at three venues in Birmingham city centre as part of a micro film tour.
