In partnership with the West Midlands Police and the film crew Based.in.Brum, I volunteered as a music instructor at the Concord Youth Centre. This included showing the young people how to record audio and produce music using LogicPro and collaborating with them to create an end credits track for their film ‘Same People, Different Times’ and an intro/outro for their podcast ‘ The concord Youth Experience’.

I was able to share my music production knowledge with the young people and give them a space to explore their own creativity. It was a wonderful opportunity to be involved in the local community and encourage young people to be confident in own musical abilities.
